Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of digital marketing services by Wunder Hilton Head Island Villa Rental LLC . Engaging our services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Wunder Hilton Head Island Villa Rental LLC will provide digital marketing services as defined in a mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement. This agreement will detail the specific deliverables, timelines, and scope for the engagement.

2. Payment and Fees

Fees for services will be invoiced as per the schedule in the SOW, typically on a monthly retainer basis. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. Wunder Hilton Head Island Villa Rental LLC reserves the right to suspend services for accounts that are overdue. All payments made are non-refundable.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely access to necessary resources, including but not limited to website access, analytics data, and brand assets. The client is responsible for approving all campaign materials and content before they are made public.

4. Confidentiality

Wunder Hilton Head Island Villa Rental LLC agrees to treat all client information as confidential. Likewise, the client agrees not to disclose any of Wunder Hilton Head Island Villa Rental LLC 's proprietary strategies, processes, or reporting formats to any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own all final deliverables created specifically for them (e.g., ad copy, content, creative assets). Wunder Hilton Head Island Villa Rental LLC retains ownership of its underlying processes, strategies, and pre-existing materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wunder Hilton Head Island Villa Rental LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the total amount of fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Guarantees

While Wunder Hilton Head Island Villa Rental LLC is committed to achieving the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, lead volume, or revenue increases, as these are subject to factors beyond our direct control.

8. Term and Termination

The engagement will continue as per the SOW. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. The client is liable for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Wunder Hilton Head Island Villa Rental LLC is registered.
